Programs

The organization addresses the needs of low-income individuals, youth, and dislocated workers with employment and training needs. SW MN PIC provides employment and training services throughout a fourteen county area of southwest Minnesota to eligible individuals.

We, the Board and Staff of the Southwest Minnesota Private Industry Council, Inc., believe:

In customer focused services that are accessible to all

In being leaders who are involved in the communities we serve.

In 2013, SW MN PIC helped more than 2400 adults and families with job searches and job placement, family support, education and training. More than 800 of those obtained employment with this help, resulting in the addition of more than $17 million in earnings to our communities.
