Silent Warrior Project

The Silent  Warrior Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to its mission of reducing veteran suicide rates related to PTSD and MST. We offer Veterans a free retreat where we practice mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and contemplative silent reflection (CSR) to reduce the symptoms of PTSD and MST.
