Donate now to help seniors stay in their homes with just a little extra help! 

Your gift allows adults 65+ in your community to remain safely at home with an enhanced quality of life by receiving the following services: 

• In-home foot care for older adults living on fixed incomes with our sliding fee scale
• Outreach Nurse visits to check vitals, discuss care plans, and provide medication education 
• Blood Pressure clinics at local subsidized apartment buildings
• Service Coordinator referrals to partner organizations like Meals on Wheels, Metro Mobility, and more
• Delivery of groceries and household essentials to seniors who are unable to go to the store
• Fresh produce through a partnership with Fairshare Farm Community Garden
• Transportation to medical and other necessary appointments
• Yard maintenance such as lawn mowing, weeding, raking, and snow removal
• Activities to combat social isolation, such as book club, educational classes, square dancing lessons, etc.
• Intergenerational programs like Pen Pals with Marcy Arts Elementary School & Connection Club with U of MN students
