The nonprofit mission of Seed Savers Exchange is to steward America’s culturally diverse and endangered garden and food crop legacy for present and future generations. We educate and connect people through collecting, regenerating, and sharing heirloom seeds, plants and stories.

Your gift today will get seeds and knowledge into the hands of people young and old who are seeking to connect or reconnect with their foodways. You will be helping Seed Savers Exchange donate and share seeds with people in Minnesota and across the country, research seed histories for the 20,0000+ varieties in our 45-year-old seed bank collection, and ensure that the rich biodiversity of our living collection remains strong and viable.

Your gift will send seeds to schools, community gardens, and seed libraries as well as to individuals who want to grow food for their communities, or who need help to get their gardens going again after a natural disaster strikes.
