Your donation goes to support heart transplant patients at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and the Masonic Children's Hospital.

We are an organization by patients and for patients, and we support people who have had or are waiting for a heart transplant. We support heart patients on a Ventricular Assist Device (VAD). We support patients through difficult times—mentally, emotionally and financially. We help others talk about transplantation and organ donation. We know the decision is a family affair. We assist in providing emergency temporary housing and transportation for patients in need. We sponsor an annual educational workshop for transplant recipients and waiters. We involve the doctors, nurses and transplant patients and families.
