The Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation is a non-profit membership organization that produces Saint Paul Winter Carnival.  We rely on sponsors, fundraisers, donations, charitable gaming and our members to support our year-round activities.

The Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation is gearing up for an exciting  Saint Paul Winter Carnival with new activities and signature events with a twist - which will be taking place all over the city of Saint Paul for 10 days, running January 23-February 2, 2025. Throughout the festival, we provide numerous educational programs for schools, seniors and the entire community to enhance our knowledge and explore creative outlets. Plans are still being finalized to bring you the best that Minnesota has to offer, and your donations will help us make sure this is a year of events for the world to admire!
