Rush Creek Elementary, located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, is known for its warm, inviting atmosphere that promotes face-to-face, personal interaction with families.

An 11-acre nature area adjoins school property, along with athletic fields and tennis and basketball courts. We partner with the Three Rivers Park District to offer environmental education that is directly tied to the science curriculum. Our school also has a butterfly garden.

We host a preschool program that provides high quality instruction and facilitates a smooth transition to kindergarten.

We teach our Rush Creek behavior expectations in three main areas: Respect, Responsibility and Personal Best. By teaching what those behaviors look like in all areas of the school, we help all students meet our highest expectations every day. 

Volunteers in our classrooms and at school events contribute more than 10,000 hours per year. Every year, Rush Creek students and staff contribute to the local community and beyond through community service and fundraising projects.
