The Center for Rural Policy and Development is a non-partisan, non-profit policy research organization dedicated to helping rural Minnesota find its voice again. Because of shifts in population and the twists and turns of the political landscape, rural Minnesota is at risk of falling behind. We are working to keep that from happening. We produce solid, non-partisan research and information on the issues most important to Greater Minnesota. We then communicate our work to state legislatures and other policy makers to help them understand what works and doesn't work for the 2 million residents Minnesota living outside the Twin Cities.
