Rogers Otsego Youth Lacrosse

The Rogers-Otsego Youth Lacrosse Association (ROLAX) is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization committed to inspiring leadership, confidence, and character on and off the field while striving to grow a competitive program and give back to the community. We focus on teaching the fundamentals, a lifelong love for the sport, and most importantly having fun!

OUR PHILOSOPHY 
We want the lacrosse season to be a positive experience for everyone involved. We all play a part in making that happen. Youth sports is an opportunity for our children to learn new skills, build confidence and develop their abilities - both as an athlete and as a teammate.As parents, it is critical that we are encouraging and supportive of their growth. We ask that all parents and spectators adhere to our motto of: Coaches Coach, Referees Referee, Players Play & the Crowd Cheers. Under no circumstance should a spectator argue or interact with the referees over a bad call. We all represent the Rogers & Otsego communities and we will hold each other accountable for representing ROLAX in a positive way. If you observe otherwise, please reach out to a member of the Board.
