A generous Rise supporter has donated $5,000 to Rise's Give to the Max Day efforts as a challenge to our community of donors to match that, helping Rise raise $10,000 this year! 

Rise unlocks potential and opens doors to success for people with disabilities and other challenges through creative solutions and customized support. In 2023, we continued to work with nearly 3,000 people by maintaining a variety of our program offerings, growing our capacity, and even expanding to offer new services in some areas.

We look forward to an exciting 2025 and beyond, where we continue to innovate and grow amidst a rapidly changing world, but we need your help. We humbly ask you to be a part of our future by making a gift to Rise’s comprehensive offering of programs and services.

Rise is headquartered in Fridley, MN with 25 locations throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. We have been providing services to people with disabilities since 1971. Rise is a registered nonprofit organization with the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin and is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
