Richfield Leadership Network (RLN) is a 501C3 nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening community connectedness within Richfield, MN. RLN has been a project of The Twin Cities Social Cohesion Initiative since 2022. The organization is completely volunteer led, and currently consists of a Board of 13 individuals with ties to the city of Richfield, plus it's Executive Director, BJ Skoog.

RLN has three primary lanes of focus guiding its work:

  1. Community Connectivity: Events and networking efforts to expand collaborative work and build bridges between people, places, organizations, and resources.
  2. Community Leadership: Connecting, gathering, equipping, inspiring, and developing Richfield leaders from all sectors of the community, including: business, education, government, faith, youth, elderly, etc.
  3. Community Space: Placemaking and advocacy for the enhancement and development of physical assets within Richfield, such as space for meetings, supportive services, education, arts, recreation, and so on.
