There are few places for individuals to have confidential, honest conversations about their hidden interior life, their spiritual life, their story. Transformation, healing and wholeness requires freedom to be fully honest with oneself and others about the true state of one’s life. Spiritual direction can provide the safe and sacred space for one's story to be shared and listened to with dignity, compassion and grace. In the process of sharing and listening together, the whispers of God's voice can be heard.
