Moe was a ten year old female iguana who died from neglect. Resource for Iguana Care and Adoption was created so other pet iguanas would not have to suffer her fate.  Since 2006, RICA has been educating pet owners with quality, up to date information on the proper husbandry of these magnificent and misunderstood animals. In addition to outreach programs, Resource for Iguana Care and Adoption fosters iguanas, ensuring they have the right diet, habitat and veterinarian care while they wait to get adopted.
