Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association

Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) is a community bridging and building organization in South Minneapolis. Since 1980, it continually strives to advance its four missional aims which center on facilitating community engagement, embracing diverse voices, and fostering community and economic development. These pillars guide its successful approach to hosting community events that engage more than 25,000 participants annually and help advocate for community-centered priorities. These include improving livability and safety with a restorative lens, housing justice, and equitable development.
