Polyrhythmic Arts

Polyrhythmic Arts is a 501c(3) non-profit with a mission to create access to professional creative outlets, such as music production and creative writing. We also seek to use creative arts to process and explore mental health concerns. Our team includes a diverse mix of mental health professionals, artists, and individuals working in both worlds. 

Founded by musician, author, and licensed mental health therapist, Vaughn A. Foster Jr., Polyrhythmic Arts aims to change what community based wellness and support can look like. Whether via recording sessions, arts based workshops, or concerts, we seek to reconstruct the therapeutic experience into fun, accessible platforms anyone can enjoy.
