Much of the work that PFF does to make a difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities is invisible to the community due to its confidential nature. PFF serves vulnerable adults in 43 Minnesota counties through Guardianship, Conservatorship and Residential Services.

Our care approach emphasizes personalization and individualization, enabling us to gain profound insights into each individual. We take the time to understand their goals, aspirations, and sources of joy. While we ensure their daily needs are met, they depend on our support to fulfill their aspirations.

• Cory would like to attend the Stingers Baseball games all summer long.
• Laura loves to do puzzles. She likes to go and pick out new puzzles that she has not done before.
