People Serving People

People Serving People is the largest and most comprehensive provider of emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness in Minnesota. Our work goes far beyond crisis response. We offer holistic stabilization and prevention services that help families thrive. 

Families at our two shelters have access to early childhood education, as well as financial literacy classes, personalized case management, career coaching, and mental and physical healthcare. These wrap-around services would not be possible without generous community support. 

Thanks to the support of community members like you, we have helped over 150 families move into stable housing this year. One of these families was Alie and Antonio’s.  

They had faced job loss, illness, and the birth of their daughter, Sunflower—all in quick succession. Alie and Antonio leaned on each other, and when they came to PSP, they found staff and supporters to stand with them too. 

Alie and Antonio found safety and stability at People Serving People. But for every family we welcome, another is still waiting.
