Safely, responsibly & with integrity, we connect people to waterways through paddling and outdoor recreation.  This Project improves Emotional, Physical and Mental Health & Wellbeing by providing sponsored programming and access to underrepresented, at-risk populations. Through organizational & individual Outreach, Stewardship, Education, sponsored access to equipment, Instruction & Recreational opportunities we increase Water Resource Protection, enhance the Economic Vitality of the Region and improve overall Quality of Life for future Generations.
