Cafesjian's Carousel ... turning back time!


When you ride our antique carousel, you join a century of Minnesota families who have enjoyed it, first at the Minnesota State Fair for 75 years and now at Saint Paul's Como Park. 

Our non-profit organization, which rescued the carousel from being broken up at auction in 1988, is committed to keeping the carousel beautiful and smooth-running for years to come. 

Your gift today will help us keep the carousel turning.

Volunteers donate more than 4,500 hours every season to run the carousel. Thanks to them, we’ve balanced the budget every year except 2012, and we’re back in the black since then. But operating costs—insurance, maintenance, rent paid to the city, and other costs of doing business—are a big, fixed annual expense. Gifts help us repair broken ears, restore worn paint, maintain century-old gears, and ensure that our riders have a positive experience.
