Our Community Kitchen

Your support provides nutritious meals and helps create community around the table.

Our Community Kitchen (founded in 2011) continues its mission of preparing and serving an assortment of delicious foods. We offer a healthy variety of fruits and vegetables, bring volunteers into the kitchen, introduce new dishes and teach both children and adults new ways of preparing food. By doing this, we are creating a community of friends in our kitchen and around our tables, making sure no one in our neighborhood goes hungry.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, meals are served curbside Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to noon. Our seasonal menus change weekly and include fresh fruit, delicious salads and hearty soups and more.

Our Community Kitchen Gardens provide a constant supply of fresh organic vegetables and herbs for breakfast guests. Garden surplus is offered to our guests and volunteers and preserved for winter use in the kitchen.
