Open Cupboard needs you to help us feed our community! 

It can take a leap of faith to try something completely new—which is what happened when we opened our first Today’s Harvest market in 2021. Thanks to our donors and volunteers, we were able to open a revolutionary new way of providing fresh, healthy food to families in need. When we first opened that market in May 2021, we never imagined that we’d now be serving more than 650 families every weekday through Today’s Harvest.

Today's Harvest MaplewoodThe response to this model has been astonishing, and we are thrilled to be opening an even larger Today’s Harvest market later this year. Located at Woodland Hills in Maplewood, this market is expected to provide over 2 million pounds of fresh food to the East Metro community each year. This space at Woodland Hills was a shopping mall decades ago, and we’re now in the process of renovations that are expected to be complete later this summer or early fall.

Today’s Harvest is just one of the many ways we meet our community’s needs along with our Drive-Up services, Mobile Food Shelf distributions at senior centers and mobile home communities, and home deliveries. We’re here to serve our community - but we need your help to keep up with the rising need.
