$3,000 Goal

For over 27 years, Open Access Connections has provided essential communication tools, encouraged self-determination, and fostered stronger community connections for people in need.

We advance our mission through the following programs:

  • Community Voice Mail, which has empowered over 70,000 homeless and low-income Minnesotans to achieve their housing, employment, and self-sufficiency goals,
  • Lifeline-supported cell phones, which we distribute as a partner of enTouch Wireless, provide free monthly phone plans to around 800 eligible clients annually,
  • The Generation 50+ Group, which provides a supportive environment for older people with a history of homelessness to discuss issues affecting their community and work towards finding solutions.

Donating to Open Access Connections will help ensure that our most vulnerable neighbors have access to the basic communication tools and social support needed to succeed. For more information about our mission and services, please visit our website at openaccessconnections.org.
