Open Hands Midway, Inc.

Since 2009, Open Hands Midway, Inc., has been doing great work as a small nonprofit organization serving the Hamline Midway and surrounding area of St. Paul, Minnesota.  

Nutritious meals and healthy food is a basic need of all.  But for many in our community there exists a food insecurity gap. Each meal served, and each bag of food given away by Open Hands Midway, brings hope to individuals and families struggling to put food on the table.

Open Hands Midway fills the food security gap by serving free meals and distributing food to those in need.  In 2024, Open Hands Midway served 19,491 meals during twice weekly meal programs and gave away approximately 104,933 pounds of groceries, fresh fruit, vegetables, bakery and deli items. 

Open Hands Midway will continue to leverage your gifts to help feed our neighbors in need.
