Open Hands Foundation wants our community to thrive. We want to create and support solutions to solve unmet needs of vulnerable people; provide hope to our neighbors; and make a lasting difference in the Twin Cities Southwest Metro Area. Hope House is a teen shelter in Chanhassen, MN, and is the only emergency shelter west of Hwy 494 in the West Metro Area.
While at Hope House, teens 14-19 are supported with meals, housing, goal setting, school & tutoring, job application, interview support, mental, emotional, physical and spirtual health needs. The holistic approach sets teens up to thrive upon exiting the Hope House.
Join us in making sure that no youth is without a warm, safe, stable place to sleep each night.
