Northwoods Partners (NP) mission is to provide resources that promote independence and healthy aging for our area seniors and their families.

Since 2001, Northwoods Partners has been fostering a healthier community and a supportive environment where seniors are healthy, engaged, and valued.  Through our Caregiver Support programs, caregivers are better equipped to manage caregiving stress.

NP provides many services that enhance the well-being of those who receive long-term care at home and the well-being of their caregivers. With 2 paid staff members and 80+ volunteers, NP provides services to 400 seniors and their families in 480 square miles in and surrounding Ely.
