NEON: Building Wealth for Entrepreneurs in North Minneapolis 

At Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON), we build wealth for BIPOC entrepreneurs creating a prosperous, visible, and sustainable economic engine in North Minneapolis and surrounding areas.

Each year, NEON provides 1000+ aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners—80% Black and 100% low to moderate income—with the tools, resources, and access to capital and business-building expertise needed to grow. Our services include:

• Business incubation and technical assistance
• Co-working and private office spaces
• Marketplace events for product and service testing
• Training and workshops
• Individualized business development and feasibility assessments
• Loan origination, packaging, and application support
• Micro-grants
