Northfield Fine Arts Boosters (NFAB) funds and promotes the Arts in K-12 Northfield district schools.

   Northfield Arts Instructors appreciate you, our fabulous donors!

Our school kids tune up instruments, flip through scripts, warm up voices, mix paints, learn choreography, rehearse speeches--all in the practice and performance of Arts programs that wow audiences all year long. NFAB is here every year, along with parents and friends, to help hundreds of our Northfield School District students as they shine on stage and enrich all our lives with their passions in concert and chamber orchestras, dance, theater, concert and pep and jazz bands, visual arts, competitive speech, and choirs galore!

The Arts are always a collaboration, and they rely on generous supporters to happen. The creativity our teachers foster in elementary, middle, and high school students takes a lot of care, and these endeavors take money. At all-volunteer NFAB, we fund instructors and programs that teach kids not only to hit the right notes and deliver great lines, but the skills of confidence, patience, and resilience. Your backing says that pursuing creativity has value and is worth the effort!

Currently, NFAB is especially committed to funding summer music books and lessons--in band and orchestra, at the middle and high schools--for students on very limited budgets. Our Instruments for All program promotes participation for kids who are otherwise at risk of falling behind from lack of instruction during summer months, and challenges them to play their best along with the rest.

We invite you to take a moment to consider how crucial the Arts are in our community. Your gift to NFAB goes immediately to music lessons, theater equipment, guest artists, studio art supplies, sheet music, musical instruments, master-class instruction, all-district festivals, speech tournaments, swing dances, field trips, and so much more! Special Note: Instruments For All

Through our dedicated Instruments For All Memorial Fund, NFAB aims to put a musical instrument into the hands of every Northfield Public School student who wants to participate in the band or orchestra program. We accept donations of new or used instruments, and we accept cash donations to help with the repair of donated instruments, the purchase of supplies for these instruments, and summer lesson scholarships.
