Our fundraising focus for Give to Max Day 2018 is for our summer "Pops Camp!

DONATE TODAY and help introduce students in rural Minnesota to a Youth Symphony experience!

Our mission is to promote young peoples’ interest in string and piano instruments through class instruction and public performance and to stimulate the public interest in string orchestra music and appreciation of the musical arts.

Our core offerings are, of course, both individual and group lessons for violin, viola, piano, cello, and bass. On top of that we also offer many other things. Listed below are the things that we have offered in the past couple of years. Take a look and see if you missed something that you really would like to have been a part of. Some of these things are offered every year and others are offered every other year. We hope you take advantage of many of them. We try to offer a wide variety of performing and arts opportunities for our students. Let’s take a look:

  • Individual lessons – weekly

  • Summer lessons – as scheduled
  • Note-reading classes – weekly
  • Recitals – three-times annually
