YES YOU CAN! TREC Student Retention Fund
These funds cover the cost of attendance above and beyond tuition and fees for justice-impacted students participating in the TREC (Transformation and Re-entry through Education and Community) Cohort Program. Many of these students are re-entering the community after years of incarceration and require the bare necessities like food and housing to gain an education and successfully re-establish themselves in the workforce and community.

General Student Retention Fund
Available to any Minneapolis College student to cover books and required supplies for Career and Technical Education and other programs, childcare, food, and/or housing costs, this fund provides a safety net for students BEFORE they find themselves in an emergency situation.

Random Acts of Kindness Fund
This fund helps students navigate one-time emergency expenses including housing, transportation costs, food, and even the cost of taking specific exams to become certified in their field upon graduation. Awards are limited to $500 per student per academic year.
