MapleBrook Soccer Club

OUR STORY

Since 1987, Maplebrook has been a community-owned and operated youth soccer club based out of Maple Grove.  Over the years we've worked as members of the community to contribute back to the community.  Along with other youth sports organizations, Maplebrook was the only soccer club in Maple Grove that was responsible for making the Maple Grove Dome and the Fernbrook Athletic Fields a reality, increasing the opportunities that youth in our community had to grow in love for the game of soccer.  As a non-profit, we depend on the generosity of others to help scholarship many of our families who - through an application process - qualify for financial aid. Thank you in advance for helping make youth soccer a possibility for all who call our community home!

OUR NEED

100% of the funds raised will go directly towards the families who have applied for financial aid to help offset the costs of competitive soccer.

Our Mission

MapleBrook (MPB) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of the community's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition. Our job is to make learning and participating in competitive soccer fun, and instill in young players a lifelong passion for the sport. MPB will always strive to operate to the best of our ability within the context of the following principles:

• To consistently create a fun-filled, positive experience for all players 
• To promote sportsmanship, respect, and sensitivity to the other players, coaches, parents, and referees
• To enhance player self-esteem, confidence, emotional development, and overall character
• To assure that all adults associated with the program are exemplary role models of sportsmanship, leadership, and support
• To provide an environment for coaches to develop skills and techniques needed to teach the game of soccer
• To maintain a balanced perspective on the outcome of games and sportsmanship

The opportunity to play MapleBrook Soccer should be available to any player who desires to do so regardless of financial ability.  Contributions to MapleBrook will be used for the exclusive purpose of funding grants to players who wish to play soccer for MapleBook but are otherwise unable to do so because of cost.
