Modern Montessori Charter School

Rooted in Montessori principles, we offer an authentic Montessori experience with a modern twist, interweaving aspects of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). We serve students in preschool through sixth grade and have approval from the Minnesota Department of Education to expand to encompass middle school in future years. 

We are the only charter school located within the city of Champlin, MN. As a a school that relies solely on open enrollment, we bring more school choice to the area. No two individuals are alike. Not all children learn in the same way or at the same pace. The Modern Montessori Charter School program meets the needs of both the struggling as well as the advanced learners by allowing students to learn at their own pace. Differentiation is at the core of our program. Advanced learners are allowed to move ahead with more challenging lessons. Struggling students are allowed to spend the time they need to master a concept before moving on. This self-paced model of learning builds an intrinsic desire and motivation to learn, which results in success.
