Missing GRACE Foundation

Missing GRACE Foundation provides support, education and resources for families experiencing a pregnancy or infant loss, infertility or adoption challenges.

Grieving, infertile and adoptive families throughout Minnesota and across the nation receive timely resources, support and comfort through the Missing GRACE Foundation. The Co-founders, Candy and Stephen McVicar, began this important work more than twenty years ago and continue serving today along with the hundreds of incredible volunteers who are involved.

Together, with the help of our financial partners, we can continue to help EACH ONE who needs our services. Your contributions impact EACH ONE significantly. When you give – you help encourage EACH ONE to not give up hope. You help EACH ONE to embrace their future with courage. You help EACH ONE to navigate the valley of grief with the support they need. You help EACH ONE to discover how their story can inspire and encourage another person.

Donations make it possible for Missing GRACE Foundation to provide free services for families who have experienced the loss of a baby during pregnancy or in the first year of life. These services provide them with a live person who answers their call, a real person who responds to their emails, a GRACE Care Package to walk them through their hello and goodbye with their precious babies, grief support groups and a place to go that has the resources they need at The Center for GRACE. The Center is a sanctuary and place of comfort with a specialty gift shop, a library, support groups, classes, complimentary refreshments, and meeting room. 

Additionally, funds help support the Foundation with initiatives to raise awareness about stillbirth and other causes of pregnancy and infant loss, including educational literature and presentations to ensure future babies survive and thrive so mothers can bring their babies safely into this world. 💜
