Minnesota Valley Mothers of Multiples

To promote the health & wellness of members by providing learning opportunities & resources that relate to raising multiple birth children.

We're a friendly group of women who live and work and raise families within the Twin Cities metro area (Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, USA). Our organization was founded in 1975, and our members are all mothers who are raising twins, triplets, quads or more! We have more than 50 families with higher order multiples (triplets, quads and quints) and a total membership of over 500 MoMs!  Our goal is to provide:

Friendship: "It's great to meet you!"
Support: "I know what you mean!"

We host many family events each year, giving families opportunities to gather and chat, while the kids play!
