Since 2010, Minnesota Overdose Awareness has been a beacon of hope, compassion, and change in the opioid and overdose crises that have touched the lives of many Minnesotans. We tirelessly work to raise awareness, promote harm reduction strategies, and advocate for access to naloxone.
In 2023, thanks to a generous benefactor, we're turning dreams into reality with renovations in North Minneapolis to provide a community/drop-in center for those who use opiates and other drugs, offering access to harm reduction services, medical care, and more. We also hosted our inaugural Minnesota Overdose Awareness Conference, where 75 attendees came together to explore innovative solutions.
As we prepare to launch our first program, an SSP at our North Minneapolis site, we have many things needed to setup our new location for success. We hope you will support us at this pivotal time in our growth.
Propel Nonprofits is the 501(c)3 Fiscal Sponsor for Minnesota Overdose Awareness.
