MAST is soaring to new heights! After an incredible season capped by a State Championship, we’re setting our sights on even greater achievements. However, this year presents a unique challenge—and opportunity.

We’re proud to welcome 31 new athletes to our roster, many from middle schools across the city. This influx of young talent brings excitement and energy as we rebuild for the future. At the same time, losing 30 seasoned athletes to graduation means we need your support more than ever to help these new skiers grow and excel.

The Minneapolis Alpine Ski Team is a cooperative ski team for students in grades 7-12 from the seven high schools and 21 middle schools in Minneapolis Public Schools. We offer the only opportunity for Minneapolis students to ski race in Minnesota State High School League sanctioned competitions. MAST team members have a wide range of skiing ability levels, from beginner to expert. All ability levels are welcome, no one is cut, everyone is coached, and everyone races on a regular basis. 

MAST works hard to keep costs as low as possible for skiers and their families, while also providing them with the highest level of coaching and training.
