Together we are MICC!

For 28 years, MICC has provided transformative education and training for autistic and neurodivergent adults to live independently, work purposefully and thrive in community. Within a framework of hands-on learning and caring guidance, MICC participants accomplish things they never imagined, from daily living tasks to building and sustaining a career, support system and lifelong relationships.

MICC is a post-high school education program, and more than that…

It’s a vocational program, and more than that… 

It’s a post graduate support program, and more than that… 

MICC is so much more than the sum of its parts.

It takes each of us — our dedicated staff, business, government and community partners, families and trusted adults, and you, our donors — to create a community for neurodivergent adults to see themselves in a new light and gain the confidence they need to build the lives they want to live.
