Minnetonka Hopkins Gymnastics Association

Since 1976, non-profit 501(c)3 organization Minnetonka-Hopkins Gymnastics Association (Mini-Hops) has been working hard to provide a fun, safe, and friendly environment for youths from 5 months to 18 years and their parents. Mini Hops has a long and successful tradition of teaching young people to conquer their fears, while developing a willingness and ability to attempt new and challenging tasks.

Our focus for Give to the Max this year is our Scholarship Program.

Each year, we are proud to provide scholarships that are entirely self-funded.  Over the years, we have supported over 250 team and recreational families in the amount of $400,000. In the 2023-2024 season (September-August), Mini Hops provided $54,000 worth of scholarships to 82 families. Our goal for the 2024-2025 season is to provide $100,000 in scholarships to 200 families. 

We love being able to help all families, from those who without the scholarship, may not have ever been able to step foot in the gym to those who perhaps just need a little extra assistance for a while.

Right now, the most we can offer a family is up to 65% of tuition and sometimes that just isn’t enough. Our goals are to be able to:

1. Provide full tuition scholarships
2. Provide scholarships for our camp program
3. Provide more scholarships to more families
