Shine

Shine is an evangelistic ministry taking the gospel to the ends of the earth. Our Dream is to see people from every tribe, tongue, and nation come to know the love of God and enter into a saving relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.

The nations need hope. At a time of crisis after crisis, the world is searching for hope, meaning, and purpose. Masses of people in cities near and far are hungry to know that God loves them and cares for their souls. The gospel of Christ provides the only eternal solution. 

The churches are ready. In 2024, we saw God move powerfully as thousands of believers in the city of Arba Minch, Ethiopia, shared the message of salvation. With support from Shine’s global missionary teams, over 2000 local believers evangelized in the city and surrounding communities, reaching over 340,000 people and resulting in 24,440 first-time commitments to Christ. The mission included preaching in schools, markets, and streets, broadcasting the Jesus Film, setting up free medical clinics, and hosting a 3-day Evangelistic Festival that drew hundreds of thousands.

We're ready for more! We are excited for what God has ahead of us. In 2025, we are reaching the TWIN CITIES through our Merge USA campaign. Merge Twin Cities 2025 is a year-long proclamation campaign calling for the Twin Cities Church to reach every corner of the city. We are emphasizing gospel sharing ACTION through the unity and action of hundreds of churches. 

The nations are ready for the Gospel. Jesus said to His disciples “Wake up and look around. The fields are already ripe for harvest …” (John 4:35). The Twin Cities are a ripe harvest field and Jesus’ command still remains: “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations.”
