Our core mission is to proclaim the holiness of God to as many people as possible, primarily through the production of trustworthy discipleship resources that can be used in support of the local church.

Dr. R.C. Sproul founded Ligonier Ministries in 1971 as a discipleship organization and teaching fellowship designed to flood the culture with knowledgeable and articulate Christians. We are committed to the historic Christian faith, the inerrancy of Scripture, and the biblical truths recovered during the Protestant Reformation. 

MINISTRIES

RENEWING YOUR MIND broadcasts in-depth, accessible Bible teaching to millions around the world. Listeners can tune in on hundreds of radio stations or stream the daily broadcast on RenewingYourMind.org, RefNet, the Ligonier app, or anywhere they listen to podcasts, including on Alexa-enabled devices. Renovando Tu Mente launched in 2018 to bring this trustworthy teaching to millions of Spanish-speaking people.

TABLETALK is a monthly Bible study magazine featuring daily devotionals, thought-provoking articles, and an effective Bible reading plan. Each issue contains articles and columns from gifted pastors, scholars, and teachers on biblical, theological, and practical themes. At TabletalkMagazine.com, readers can access a digital version of the print magazine, explore a searchable archive of back issues, and browse exclusive online content. Tabletalk currently reaches more than 250,000 people in more than seventy-five countries.

REFNET (Reformation Network) is twenty-four-hour Christian internet radio featuring biblical preaching and teaching from Dr. Sproul, the Ligonier Teaching Fellows, and other trusted teachers like Alistair Begg and John MacArthur. In addition, RefNet streams Scripture reading, audiobooks, news updates, music, and more. By God’s grace, RefNet reaches thousands of listeners in more than 180 countries and has become a go-to app for Christian internet radio.

REFORMATION TRUST PUBLISHING proclaims and explains the great truths of the historic Christian faith for a new generation. To date, Reformation Trust has published more than ninety books, including the Reformation Study Bible. Available in both the ESV and NKJV translations, this study Bible helps Christians dig deeper into God’s Word with over 1.1 million words of verse-by-verse notes and contributions from seventy-five trusted theologians. It is also available in a more portable Condensed Edition and has been translated into other languages. To better serve the global church with this popular and vital resource, our generous donors have enabled the distribution of several thousand copies to English-speaking pastors, church leaders, and students in ten African countries.

LIGONIER EVENTS enable Christians to gather together to hear trusted teaching on God’s Word. We currently host more than twenty events per year so that as many people as possible can join with us. Well over two hundred thousand people have attended regional, national, and international conferences, as well as study tours and cruises, to fellowship with other believers and explore biblical truths on a particular theme or issue.

REFORMATION BIBLE COLLEGE is teaching the next generation of Christian leaders, offering a classically based, theologically driven college curriculum. Its undergraduate degree programs are designed to pass on the heritage of the Reformation and to equip students for faithful service in any vocation. Reformation Bible College welcomed its inaugural class in 2011.

DIGITAL OUTREACH continues to reach more people around the world every year. Engagement with Ligonier’s online content is growing through Ligonier.org, the Ligonier app, social media sites, Ligonier Connect, and Ask Ligonier. Our website currently provides over eight thousand discipleship resources, including a vast library of articles, devotionals, and audio and video messages—many available for free.

LIGONIER CONNECT allows growing Christians to learn online from an ever-expanding library of interactive video courses. For a small monthly fee, subscribers get access to hundreds of lessons on biblical studies, Christian living, church history, theology, and worldview and culture. With a flexible online learning environment, they can learn from Dr. Sproul and other gifted theologians at their own pace. Quizzes, discussion boards, and group features make Ligonier Connect an excellent resource for personal, Sunday school, or small group study.

ASK LIGONIER is a biblical and theological chat service that answers questions online in real time. Anyone around the world with an internet connection can ask a question on AskLigonier.org or by messaging Ligonier on Facebook or Twitter. Well-trained team members are standing by twenty-four hours a day, six days a week to provide clear, concise, and trustworthy answers from Ligonier’s library of discipleship resources.
