LIFE Prep

LIFE Prep is a tuition-free charter school located on the east side of St. Paul, MN.  We have been proudly providing students with a high quality and engaging education since 1998.  At LIFE Prep we consider ourselves family where all students are important and welcome.   Our four core values are LOVE, LEARN, ACHIEVE, and SUCCEED. LIFE Prep is committed to providing every student with a rigorous curriculum and an encouraging environment to thrive in while learning.  

LIFE Prep has faced many challenges since the pandemic.  One challenge that has our students deeply saddened is the loss of our playground.  In the 2020/2021 school year, all of our students were in distance learning.  During that time, our playground was destroyed and deemed unsafe for use when we returned to in-person learning the following year.  We had to immediately remove the play structure.  Our students have been without a safe and adequate play area ever since.  LIFE Prep has explored several different avenues to help build a playground.  We even received a grant from KaBoom, only to then find out they do not have the funding for schools in our area.  Every road has led to a dead end.  This has been despairing to say the least.  

Today, LIFE Prep asks FOR YOUR HELP! Please help us build a safe, exciting and well-deserved play space for our amazing students!  

Your donation will help us:

- purchase the necessary equipment for the play area. 

-pay for preparation of the existing space. 

-provide students with a safe space to develop physical strength, help reduce anxiety and stress, develop social skills, connect with friends, use their imagination, improve academic performance, enhance their attention spans, and improve their overall physical health.
