Job's Daughters International is a youth organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women to become leaders. Through a focus on citizenship, leadership, and friendship, members grow and thrive by embracing moral lessons and participating in meaningful community service.

Founded in 1920, Job’s Daughters has a proud heritage and a strong tradition of building character and confidence in young women.

The Grand Guardian Council of Minnesota, established in 1927, continues this legacy by supporting and guiding local Bethels as they inspire the next generation of leaders.
