Organizing Minnesotan Jews

for Economic and Racial Justice!

Support our work across issues of housing, community safety, democracy, gender equity and congregational organizing.

WHO WE ARE: Founded in 1995, Jewish Community Action organizes Minnesotan Jews in the movement for racial and economic justice. We work across race and class to organize in solidarity with other marginalized communities across Minnesota seeking to address systemic issues of poverty and injustice.

Through our work, we honor our history and ancestors, commit to our shared future, and activate our community to build real social change.

LOOKING AHEAD: So far, there hasn't been a home in Minnesota for clergy and faith leaders to organize on issues of reproductive health and gender equity.

Without this space, it's been frustrating for both leaders and community members to see their religions linked with anti-woman and anti-trans views, especially when over half of spiritually-identifying people in the US approve of reproductive healthcare, including abortion.

With your support, we're working to change this narrative.

We're creating a multi-faith coalition of clergy, organizations and people of faith to uplift a new moral voice of equality. We're asserting that reproductive care is sacred, that gender affirming care is sacred, and that policy that protects reproductive freedom protects religious freedom.

Thank you for choosing to celebrate 16 years of Give to the Max with us. We're thankful to have you as a partner in this work!
