Inter-County Community Council Inc

Inter-County Community Council is a private non-profit Community Action Organization that was established in 1965. Its mission is: to provide services, assistance and other activities of sufficient scope and magnitude to give promise of progress toward alleviation of poverty, its symptoms and causes.

Inter-County Community Council assists families and individuals throughout our service area including Clearwater, Pennington, Red Lake and East Polk Counties.

Inter-County Community Council offers many programs that help people meet their basic needs while supporting their movement towards greater economic self-sufficiency.  These Supportive Services consist of:  The Family Service Department, The Food Shelf, NW MN Emergency Services, Energy Assistance, Crisis Fuel, Weatherization, Housing, Minnesota Youth Employment and Training, Senior Employment and Head Start.
