Indian Legal Assistance Program

 The Indian Legal Assistance Program provides legal Services provided to the low income population. The Program serves persons in need of legal advisement and representation.  The clients must meet low-income; food stamp eligibility requirements, and the Program will represent client's on their case until case is complete. 

The Program will provide legal services along with advocating and making referrals for clients on treatment, mental health issues, and chemical dependency issues, etc.
