Our Meals on Wheels program was established in 1973 as Hot Meals for Shut-Ins.  Our faithful volunteers deliver meals five days a week to homes in Fridley, Spring Lake Park, Columbia Heights and Hilltop, MN.  Volunteers also offer a friendly daily visit. Meals on Wheels regularly provides the healthy foods needed to allow people to live independently in their homes. Meals can be delivered on a temporary or long-term basis and special diet options are available for low-sugar, low-salt or vegetarian meals.
