The Hennepin County Youth Leadership Foundation (formerly the Hennepin County 4-H Foundation) has been supporting youth and adult volunteers in Hennepin County since 1963. The foundation is led by a group of passionate volunteers who firmly believe in developing young minds through experiential learning and by embracing individuality.
