Hope Dental Clinic exists to fill a significant and ongoing gap in dental care access among low-income people in our community. Thousands of Minnesotans do not have any dental insurance, have serious oral health concerns, and are unable to afford the cost of care. On average, our clinic provides care to 3,000 - 4,000 patients each year - and we're growing. Our network of volunteer licensed clinicians and dental students provides FREE preventive, restorative and emergency dental care along with oral health education to adults, children and families who are underserved. 90% of our patients are below 200% of federal poverty guidelines, and all are completely uninsured. 

Hope Dental Clinic is committed to providing equitable care for its diverse clientele in a dignified and caring way. Last year, 43% of our patients identified as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). Almost half of our patients identified as immigrants or refugees. Over one third of our patients identified as Hispanic, and many were assisted by our on-staff Spanish Interpreter. Hope Dental's care is available to any low-income, uninsured member of our community regardless of their language, citizenship status, or racial identity.
