Last year GESMN distributed nearly 8,000 vital resources to people in our community, while providing job training and digital literacy learning. Your generous support helps make this possible!

A GESMN program participant was residing in a shelter with very limited resources. After receiving a laptop through his program, he had the ability to job search when he was not in class. By the time he graduated, he secured employment and was able to sign up for housing waiting lists.

• $100 = work clothes
• $200 = laptop with office software

With these resources, GESMN participants can create and update their resumes, search for jobs, take online training courses, complete virtual interviews, and care for their families. 

Support from community partners like Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation help make this possible, giving GESMN participants access to the tools, skills, internet connection and safe spaces they need to succeed.
