First Choice Clinic - A Pregnancy Resource Center

First Choice Clinic is a 501c3 non-profit pregnancy resource center offering no-cost & confidential medical, educational & support services to anyone in the Red Wing & surrounding communities. We have no income restrictions and everyone is welcome. We serve families from pregnancy through age 3. We have been humbly serving our community since 2006. 

Our clients have the opportunity to earn everything they need for their child(ren) including: diapers, wipes, car seats, strollers, cribs, highchairs, clothing, baby care items and so much more!

First Choice Clinic treats all of our clients with the kindness and compassion that they deserve. We empower men and women so that they are able to make the most informed decision. We listen to our clients openly and without judgement.

Medical Services

All medical services are performed by licensed & trained medical professionals, under the direction of a licensed physician.

• Pregnancy Testing
• Limited OB Ultrasounds
• Limited STD/STI Testing and treatment for men & women

Education & Support Services

Educational & support services are given by trained & experienced client advocates 

 *All Options Education 

 *Prenatal, Parenting & Life Skills Classes (Spanish classes available)

 *Pregnancy Loss Support (miscarriage/abortion)

 *Cradle of Hope Pack-n-Plays (restrictions may apply)

* Sexual Assault/Abuse/Trauma Support

* Focus on Fertility sessions

* Sexual Integrity/Sexual Risk Avoidance
