About the East Bank Neighborhoods Partnership

The East Bank Neighborhoods Partnership (EBNP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the historic East Bank neighborhoods of Minneapolis. Officially certified by the Minnesota Secretary of State in November 2024, EBNP represents the merger of three longstanding neighborhood organizations: the Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Association (MHNA), the Nicollet Island-East Bank Neighborhood Association (NIEBNA), and the Southeast Como Improvement Association (SECIA).

Located along the east bank of the Mississippi River, our neighborhoods are the oldest in Minneapolis, bridging downtown, the University of Minnesota, Northeast Minneapolis, and St. Paul. This vibrant area is home to students, University faculty and staff, families, and seniors, while thousands more visit daily to enjoy our shops, restaurants, and businesses. Our strength lies in our dedicated and engaged residents who work together to make the East Bank a welcoming and thriving community for all.
